The trust ledger (issue #449): numbers written by the scheduled test
workflows themselves, aggregated from their run artifacts by
.github/scripts/trust-telemetry.py on every deploy.
Cumulative figures cover the trailing 90-day artifact window; the
weekly digest is the durable record past that horizon.
Is it alive?
Milestones in ROADMAP.md's order, top to bottom. That order is
priority; the M-numbers are creation order and rank nothing, which is
why they run out of sequence. A milestone is a deliverable, so its
status is its tracker milestone's items:
done once every one has closed, active, or
pending before the first closes.
ongoing marks a program instead: continuous work with a
target and no finish line, so it has no items to count.
